When I workout my goal is to burn 500 calories in one session. This typically consists of 3 different 20-30 minutes videos. Here’s my at home workout playlist. Choose one video from each section to burn 500 calories in one day!

I like to start off my workout sessions with a good stretch. This helps ensure you have a safe workout and keeps you from pulling a muscle. Also, it's very therapeutic for me as well. I'm all about getting into a calm meditation state. If you have a fitness watch, remember to turn it on to record the calories you burn for each workout.

Flexibility exercises for me usually last only 15 minutes. The second video is one of my bucket list goals. My goal is to do a split one day. Flexibility is discipline that you must practice everyday, hopefully two times a day.

I’m not much of a runner but I sure can walk. These “Walk At Home” videos were introduced to me via my sister. She wanted a fun and effective exercise that didn’t cause her to feel like she was about to have a heart attack. So here are my two favorite videos below.

Boosted walking! Fabulously Jih is my workout partner along with my sister.

Hip Hop dance workouts are the best when you want to break a sweat. Keaira LaShae is my favorite dance instructor. I only watch her hip-hop dance videos. They're fun and easy to follow, you just have to keep moving and you’ll definitely burn those calories. Remember to turn on your fitness watch to record your calories for each activity.

Afrobeats Dance Workouts. If you’re not into hip-hop that day, try Afrobeats, another lively genre.

Don’t forget to cool down! Stretching is important in avoiding injury or stiffness the next day. I do this before and after I workout. It takes less than 5 minutes. Checkout this video below.

This is a schedule that I developed during my time in quarantine. It has definitely helped me combat the quarantine 15 lbs I put on. I’ll definitely keep you posted on my journey. Remember nutrition is important too. Watch your portion size and drink at least 64 ounces or half a gallon a day. Here’s the link to one of my favorite bottles on Amazon. Let me know how you stay fit at home. Comment down below!
